The AHA Board Of Directors is responsible for the operation of the association.
The board meets on a regular basis to discuss all the functions and operations of AHA. Several board members are responsible for committees because of the scope of the operation that they are responsible for.
Elections are held each year and take place at the end of the season. Board Members are elected to two year terms. Elections are held to place individuals on the board, and then the board determines as a group in what capacity each person can best serve. Nominations are solicited via email and the AHA Website prior to the end of the season.
From time to time, the board will seek out individuals for help with certain committees or activities. If you want to get involved, please contact the Board President. Even if there isn't a current need, we will keep your name on file.
