AHA has two programs in the fall for Mite age players (age 8 and under as of Dec 31). If you are just getting started, choose the program that best fits with your family. Different levels of time and monetary commitments are involved with the separate programs.
If you sign your player up for one, and in the fall want to switch to the other, opportunities for that are always possible.
Our Mite programs follow the skill development guidelines of the USA Hockey American Development Model (ADM).

This regular season program is on the ice 2-3 times a week, every Saturday and Sunday , and alternating weeks on either Tuesday or Wednesday nights. The weeknight rotation does not start until October. The program gets started the end of August and continues through the end of February.
Players practice and scrimmage/play game jamborees at our home ice, Center Ice in Delmont, and travel to various rinks in the area for game jamborees against other associations (maybe 4-6 times over the course of the season). Some team units also attend optional tournaments.
